“The cottage was beautiful and has everything you need” We had our staycation at luss this year. I found the cottages online and decided to book 3 nights. We took our dogs with us. Ian kept in touch with us and made us feel welcome. The cottage was beautiful and has everything you need. I would like to return in the spring and make use of the bbq and sit outside. I can recommend a stay here because you are right next to everything the village has to offer. We had a great time.

“Great wee place!” Great wee place! Clean, close to shops, restaurants, the loch and the fairy trail. well maintained place. generous breakfast/hot drinks left for breakfast. well worth the visit.

“Lovely stay” We stayed here for an overnight with our toddler (2 years) in oct 2020. The room was lovely, spacious and spotless. The location is perfect for exploring Luss and Ian the owner was really helpful and made check in etc really easy and hassle free. Lovely stay.

“blown away when we opened the door” We were actually blown away when we opened the door of North Cottage we were not expecting it to be so big!!! Everything was immaculate & great quality The bed linen was top notch! So much so I ordered the same duvet & pillows as soon as I got home ???? Cant thank Ian enough for all his help nothing was a bother to him or the girl who brought us fresh towels (sorry I never caught your name) We will definately be back soon & will be visiting often! Cant wait to stay again.

“Loch Lomond right on your doorstep” Wonderful cottage in an excellent location. The cottage was in the centre of Luss, with everything you would need close by. Loch Lomond right on your doorstep, and great walking routes from the house and a short drive away. The hosts kept in touch, and were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Beds were really comfortable with fresh linen was definitely bliss after a long day exploring. Definitely recommend to friends and family alike.

“Lovely cottage exceptionally clean and comfortable” Lovely cottage exceptionally clean and comfortable. Only problem we had was a poor reception at times for the television but not all the time. Ian text to say where we would get key and following day again text if everything was ok and just get in touch if we needed anything, would stay again. Thank you.

“thoroughly enjoyed our stay” Very good accommodation in central location. Glenview is an excellent holiday home offering very comfortable, warm, clean, modern accommodation. Beds are excellent, bathrooms very good, kitchen well equipped and nice seating areas indoors and out. Everything is spotless. Location central but quiet. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

“Very pleasantly surprised” We stayed in South Cottage. Very pleasantly surprised at the high quality of the accommodation, particularly the bathroom with its huge walk in shower (appreciated by my 6foot 5 inch husband!), Cottage was spotlessly clean, warm and comfortable, and much bigger than the pictures portray. Ideally located within walking distance of all facilities in Luss, but quiet and private too, with a lovely private garden with decking area. Ian the owner was very friendly and quickly resolved our queries during our stay.

“was so peaceful, really enjoyed our stay” Stayed at North Cottage Monday to Friday, was so relaxing looked on line to see if the cottage was available too stay couple more nights. On arrival the cottage was very clean, had everything we needed for our stay, was so peaceful, really enjoyed our stay, would recommend this cottage to family and friends. Most of all was dog friendly too.

“beautiful room in Luss” This was a gift for our first anniversary, we enjoyed it from start to end, we won't forget our wedding day and we certainly will remember our first anniversary and this beautiful room in Luss Something tells me my wonderful husband will bring me back, Thank you so so much Ian xx

“Great place” Fantastic stay. Great place. Booked the 4 poster room. Received a warm welcome and directed to the room which was amazing. You get your own parking space so no worries about parking. Equipped with a small fridge and tea coffee facilities. Everything you need for a continental breakfast in the room although full Scottish available nearby if required. Great hotel / pub / restaurant just a 2 minute walk away.

“Loved it!” Lovely cottage feel with a modern twist. Bright, airy home with all modern amenities. Private outside space too. Loved it!

“spotlessly clean” We stayed in South Cottage, a beautiful home from home with everything you need. The whole place was spotlessly clean, comfy beds, great shower and lovely little private garden. Would highly recommend and we would love to return! Huge thanks to Ian and the team :)

“Ideal location for exploring Luss and The Loch Lomand area” Comfortable, great location. Had a lovely couple of days at South Cottage. The accommodation was very clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed and the enclosed garden was ideal for the dogs. Ideal location for exploring Luss and The Loch Lomand area. Would recommend and would return.

“Idyllic location and a peaceful stay” Idyllic location and a peaceful stay. The location of this B&B is perfect in the beautiful village of Luss, with the added bonus of onsite parking. The owner Ian was very welcoming, pleasant and easy to get hold of if you need anything. The room was very comfortable, clean and the fridge was well stocked every morning for a continental breakfast. We stayed in the Sun Room for three nights, the conservatory seating area made the room feel like a mini apartment - it was also very warm and cosy. Only downside is the tv in the room, as a younger couple we would have like to have watched Netflix in the evenings!

“highly recommend” Comfortable and convenient. Stayed for one night on our way to Western Isles, perfect location en route, room was lovely and clean and had all we needed for a comfortable stay. Also had a very nice meal at the Village Rest just around the corner, would highly recommend both.

“comfortable and clean” We spent 3 nights in the South Cottage. The cottage was comfortable and clean, and Ian was great at replying to queries and requests on the phone. We enjoyed our stay.

“Gorgeous Hidden Gem” Gorgeous Hidden Gem with everything you could possibly need. Ideally located for water and walking sports. Our South Cottage was gorgeous, everything just looked brand new and was immaculate. We booked the cottage has a halfway stop to where we were going and it was perfect. The rooms are well sized with loads of storage space, the kitchen has everything you need with a 4 person dining table. If that wasn't enough, its topped off with a gorgeous private garden with decking and table & chairs. The location is perfect, it's well off the main road and a small 2 min walk to the loch. We landed up just walking back and forth to the loch in wet suits! Thoroughly recommend walking up. Beinn Dubh which can be done straight from the cottage, no need to drive anywhere. Absolutely spot on, well done! We will no doubt be back.

“Superb Accommodation” Superb Accommodation highly recommended. This B&B is a cottage with 4 rooms, we stayed in the Garden room which was actually an apartment consisting of bedroom kitchen/diner and bathroom. Decoration modern, kitchen fully equipped, washing machine dishwasher,etc, everything you need and more. Bed was the most comfortable ever. Ian the owner was spot on with everything. The location withing walking distance to a pub, and The village rest cafe (where the food is excellent). We will be back.

“ill definitely be back next year” Great stay at Glen View! We stayed at Glen View for 3 nights and couldn't have asked for more. It is in such a beautiful, peaceful location and was an ideal escape from the city. The room was pristine and it was obvious that it had been thoroughly cleaned prior to our arrival. The breakfast goodies provided in the room (muffins, jam filled croissants, assortment of cereals) were an added treat, especially as the Village Rest (5 minute walk from Glen View) offered a varied breakfast menu from 10am. We are both vegetarians and this was not an issue whilst in Luss. Ian was really accommodating and was able to answer any questions that we had. We had such a nice time at Glen View and will definitely be back next year!

“Excellent stay” Excellent stay. Stayed 2 nights in the sun room. Very clean an tidy. Own parking space. The girls are friendly and helpful. The Glenview is in a great location in the heart of luss. I Will be back for my birthday. Great stay thanks Ian.

“great shower, most comfortable of beds” First Class. What not to like about this accommodation! ???? The room was spotlessly clean, great shower, most comfortable of beds and the concept of a fresh breakfast delivered to your room everyday was genius. Not having to worry about time to be up and down to a breakfast room but get up and sit in pj's at your own leisure made this a truly relaxing break for us. An extra bonus for this property was also the free parking - a rare commodity in Luss.

“This place is a true gem” This place is a true gem. Right in the heart of Luss, we stayed in North Cottage and it was a beautiful 2 bedroom cottage with 2 sets of patio doors with shared front garden and private back one. The property was immaculate and laid out really well. The hosts were fantastic from time of booking, arrival and throughout our stay. Readily available and so helpful in answering our questions. Your own parking space is a big plus, and Luss beach just a stroll away. The sister business The Village Rest is also fab, we had a take away dinner from there and is was delicious and again such friendly staff. We hope to be back with a bigger family group and book the adjoining lodge and perhaps even the big house which looks beautiful too.

“We would stay here again :)” Beautiful guest house in Luss Loch Lomond. We stayed for 3 nights in this lovely B&B. It is situated in beautiful surroundings and has a lovely atmosphere. The bed was really comfortable and the shower was amazing. The room was clean and modern and the fridge was stocked with milk, fresh orange juice and yogurts and was topped up as required. It was also a bonus having our own parking space. We would stay here again :)

“Great accomodation in a lovely setting” Great accomodation in a lovely setting. We stayed in the garden room self catering apartment for 2 night in July and it was ideal. A really well stocked kitchen, clean and well kept, nice outdoor space, and very central in the village. I would recommend this accomodation and setting to anyone wanting a peaceful break, with swimming, walking and watersports very accessible

“warm and inviting” Can’t fault our accommodation, spotlessly clean, warm and inviting, easy to follow instructions to get in and felt very secure once in our room, we would most definitely stay here again.

“we are already planning our return” We arrived at property on the Friday for our 2 night stay in Luss to a lovely warm house that can be best described as a home from home beautiful throughout in a beautiful location would highly recommend and we are already planning our return.

“This wee cottage is absolutely stunning!!” Absolutely beautiful!! What can I say? This wee cottage is absolutely stunning!! The extra effort put in by the property host was so thoughtful and greatly appreciated. There was fresh mI’ll, orange juice, tea, coffee, cereal, toast & even complimentary chocolates. The home was clean, warm & inviting. Nothing was a bother and the host was just a call way if needed. A Beautifully presented property that is & perfectly located. Thank you for your hospitality Ian. The best place to stay in Scotland!

“Will definately be returning for future breaks” Lovely weekend. The premises (North Cottage) are ideally located in the beautiful village of Luss. They were available earlier than expected, spotlessly clean, very well furnished and equipped with exceptionally good central heating. There was ample room for four adults to prepare meals, dine, watch tv or simply relax. Will definately be returning for future breaks.

“perfect place to base yourself for exploring the national park” Overnight stop at Glenview, stayed in the garden room which is a large portion of the cottage at the rear of the property, spotlessly clean, warm and welcoming fully fitted kitchen with all the mod cons, we were bed and breakfast but you can stay self catering and given the size off the place you could easily do this, perfect place to base yourself for exploring the national park, WiFi was excellent

“excellent sized property” Amazing find for myself and my group. We stayed here as we were attending a wedding at the lodge on the loch, excellent sized property.

“Couldn’t have been better” Much better than your average B&B 8 months ago. I was not expecting such a spacious apartment fully equipped and pristinely clean. Nice touches like fresh milk croissants butter and cereals and jams every day. Plus if you require full Scottish breakfast just head round to the village rest restaurant and it is free! Thank you for an excellent stay. Couldn’t have been better for our wedding party who took all the rooms plus the two cottages it worked brilliantly.
